February 2012

Photos have been taken! Words have been typed, text boxes re-sized. Our 6th release, "love songs - hate songs" is mastered, and the layout is being proofed! Ahh- finally. Written, produced, recorded, and mixed by yours truly. It's been nice going back to my roots, and it has been an incredibly liberating project. My studio is tweaked, complete and super comfy. My commercial work has enabled me the opportunity to amass a very nice pile of awesome gear, all of which I could purchase sans guilt, because after all, I get to do this for a living. Keep an eye out for an entire new web build, a new commercial and film reel, and of course, the new CD. A special thanks to the boys for being so patient, and for being so damn great. Every note is performed by a living person. No midi, no synths, no auto-tune, no drum machines or programming, no sequencers. Just guys playing music on real instruments. This is what I've always wanted to sound like. Live. Raw. Real. I can hardy wait to hear what you all think.

Our 5th CD- "re-issue" on iTunes here.

December 2011

It's been another great year. Some awesome gigs (opening for Rundgren at Summerfest!) and lots of new friends. The new cd will be done soon. I am so excited about this, but you'll have to wait a bit longer. I have written, engineered, edited, and produced everything but I am NOT happy with my mixes. I am going to give our old friend Davey a shot at the final mixes. He is an amazing engineer and producer, and I can't hardly wait to see what he does with these performances! Cross your fingers and be patient.

May 2011

Summerfest 2011 on Sunday July 10th at 7:00 pm on the Potowatomi Stage opening for the incredible and iconic Todd Rundgren. Pretty damn cool.

The new release is coming together. Just a few more sessions until mixdown. Everything on the cd is performed live on a real instrument . No samplers, no sequences, no synths (although I do love synths), no drum machines. I got to track on MY grand piano. Ahh, the beauty of nice gear. Real rhodes and clav too. Every note is played by a person. This isn't new for us, but it's still great to be able to say it. My boys rock. You're going to love it!

February 2011

Wow - February already! For those keeping score, Tyler is in the lead with an AWESOME studio completed. Yes it took time and a hell of a lot of money. Don't ask how much...

The new album is nearly complete. 16 new tunes! Some serious, some fun, some rude, some loud, some pretty, some jusy plain weird!! I'd be happy to send a rough mix or 2 to some real fans!!
